Abstract

MANDRIL DE APERTO OPERADO POR UM MEIO DE PRESSãO, ESPECIALMENTE MANDRIL DE APERTO DA EXTREMIDADE DIANTEIRA. A presente invenção refere-se a um mandril de aperto (1) operado por um meio de pressão, para a fixação do eixo mestre disposto na caixa do fuso de uma máquina-ferramenta, com um corpo de mandril de aperto (2) que pode ser colocado em rotação junto com o eixo mestre e com um cilindro de aperto (3), onde é apoiado um êmbolo (5) axialmente deslocável em relação ao eixo mestre, para operar os mordentes (4), êmbolo este que divide o cilindro de aperto em uma câmara traseira de êmbolo (6) voltada para o eixo mestre, e uma câmara dianteira de êmbolo (7), que podem respectivamente ser solicitadas por um meio de pressão através de um anel de distribuição (8) disposto coaxialmente no lado da circunferência sobre o corpo de mandril (2), não girando com este, sendo que o como de mandril (2) cobre o anel de distribuição (8) no lado frontal dianteiro (9) sob formação de uma vedação de labirinto. O anel de distribuição (8) é destinado à fixação rígida separável em uma superfície de fixação da caixa do fuso.
