Abstract
DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAR UM REFORçO DE UMA BANDA DE RODAGEM, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM REFORçO PARA UM PNEUMáTICO. é descrito um dispositivo para fabricar um reforço de uma banda de rodagem assentada diretamente na sua posição final, projetando-se comprimentos da dita banda de rodagem sobre uma superficie de recebimento (5), o dito aparelho compreendendo um conjunto que compreende meio de alimentação (11) para alimentar banda de rodagem (1) proveniente de uma fonte de banda de rodagem, um conduto rotativo (2) fixo em um eixo mecânico (20) constituindo o eixo de rotação do dito conduto, para que a extremidade radial externa (21) do dito conduto sej a direcionada de forma substancialmente radial em relação ao eixo de rotação, o dito conduto recebendo a banda de rodagem (1) pela sua extremidade central (22) que é a extremidade oposta à dita extremidade radial externa (21) que chega do dito meio de alimentação, a dita banda de rodagem saindo por meio da extremidade radial externa, o dito meio de alimentação controlando a velocidade linear de avanço da banda de rodagem dentro do dito conduto rotativo, meio para girar o dito conduto rotativo, meio de corte de banda de rodagem compreendendo uma bigorna (24) que é fixa em relação à banda de rodagem, e um cortador móvel (31) que age na banda de rodagem em colaboração com a dita bigorna (24) de maneira a, para cada revolução do dito conduto rotativo, liberar um comprimento (10) cuja extremidade (10b) é a extremidade do comprimento na extremidade do meio de corte, caracterizado em que o amortecedor (25) fica posicionado no trajeto da extremidade livre (10b) para que, quando o dispositivo estiver operando, a dita extremidade colida no dito amortecedor (25) antes de entrar em contato com a superficie de recebimento (5).
