Abstract

RESERVATóRIO DE CABEçOTE DE IMPRESSãO COM FILTRO UTILIZADO COMO UMA VáLVULA DE RETENçãO A presente invenção refere-se a um reservatório de cabeçote de impressão que inclui pelo menos um reservatório de tinta para manter tinta e pelo menos um umbilical para distribuir tinta para o reservatório de tinta sob pressão. Um filtro reside entre o umbilical e o reservatório de tinta possuindo intensidade de menisco suficiente o bastante para impedir o reservatório de escoar quando a pressão for removida ou se uma pressão for aplicada a jusante do filtro. O filtro pode residir acima do reservatório de tinta para adicionalmente reduzir o escoamento de retorno da tinta. O reservatório também pode incluir uma chapa de represa para permitir ao filtro residir abaixo do nível de tinta.
