Abstract

EMBALADORA UNIVERSAL PARA BANDEJAS DE INCUBATóRIO. A qual tem a incumbéncia de receber os ovos de uma classificadora de ovos por peso pré-classificados por uma balança eletrónica ou mecânica, dispondo os ovos com os bicos para baixo ou a bolsa de ar para cima, colocando-os diretamente nas bandejas de ovos de incubatório, podendo possuir diversas disposições ou ter capacidade para diferentes quantidade de ovos, possuindo linhas ou fileira de ovos de 4, 5, 6 até 12 ovos, dependendo do tipo de bandeja do incubatório, e após o virador de bico e das esteiras de alinhamento, copos receptores articulados são usados para colocar suavemente os ovos nas bandejas de incubatório, evitando impactos nos ovos, dita embaladora possuindo diversas regulagens e dispositivos para trabalhar com qualquer quantidade de ovos necessários para colocar nas bandejas de incubatório, podendo ser usada também para receber os ovos do aviário por meio de uma esteira receptora de ovos e embalar os ovos em bandejas de incubatório para serem transportados até a classificadora, neste caso, também é usado um alimentador para pegar os ovos diretamente da bandeja de incubatório usada para o transporte, assim alimentando a máquina classificadora de ovos.
