Abstract

MÉTODO PARA REDUZIR EMISSÕES DE àXIDO DE NITROGÊNIO DE UMA CALDEIRA DE RECUPERAÇçO, E, CALDEIRA DE RECUPERAÇçO. Método para reduzir óxidos de nitrogênio de uma caldeira de recuperação, e uma caldeira de recuperação onde a fornalha (2) da caldeira de recuperação é suprida com ar primário a partir de bocais de ar primário (4), licor negro de bocais de licor (6a, 6b), ar secundário a partir de bocais de ar secundário (5) acima dos bocais de ar primário (4) porém ainda abaixo dos bocais de licor (6a, 6b), ar terciário a partir de bocais de ar terciário (7) acima dos bocais de licor (6a, 6b) de ar quaternário a partir de bocais de ar quaternários (8) acima dos bocais de ar terciário (7). Licor negro é suprido para a fornalha (2) a partir dos primeiros bocais de licor (6a) e segundos bocais de licor (6b), cujos bocais de licor (6a, 6b) são arranjados substancialmente no mesmo nível em relação à altura da fornalha (2) e a dimensão de gotículas de licor alimentadas a partir dos segundos bocais de licor (6b) é substancialmente menor do que a dimensão de goticulas de licor alimentadas a partir dos primeiros bocais de licor (6a).
