Abstract

PROCESSO E TORRE DE PULVERIZAçãO PARA ESTABELECER CONTATO COM GASES E GOTAS DE LìQUIDO PARA A TROCA DE MATéRIA E/OU CALOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para estabelecer contato de gases e gotas de líquido para a troca de matéria e/ou calor e uma torre de pulverização (3), na qual líquido é pulverizado em diversos níveis na contracorrente ao gás, sendo que o gás é alimentado por pelo menos duas aberturas de entrada (2) no envoltório da torre de pulverização (3). Nesse caso, para redução das diferenças na duração do contato, a direção de corrente do gás nas aberturas de entrada (2) está dirigida de tal modo para a região interna da torre de pulverização, que possui um diâmetro de maior que ou igual a 12 m, particularmente, maior que 20 m, que as direções de corrente das pelo menos duas correntes de gás se cruzam em seu prolongamento dentro da torre de pulverização, particularmente, no centro da torre de pulverização, até uma metade do raio da torre de pulverização, atrás do centro da torre de pulverização.
