Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇçO DE POLÍMEROS ESTÁVEIS. A presente invenção refere-se a pré-polímeros de NCO estáveis a partir de poliisocianatos tendo um ponto de fusão maior do que 70°C, preferivelmente, naftaleno diisocianato, tendo propriedades físicas vantajosas. Uma característica importante do processo da presente invenção é o resfriamento rápido do pré-polímero. O processo da presente invenção pode ser realizado em uma base contínua ou em bateladas. Os pré-polimeros da presente invenção são particularmente adequados para a produção de elastômeros de poliuretano de fundição.
