Abstract

FORNO A GáS PARA COZIMENTO A VAPOR E FOGãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um forno a gás capaz de prover um cozimento a vapor através de uma disposição construtiva simples e de fácil implementação. Tal disposição construtiva é provida por um forno a gás para co- zimento a vapor (100) compreendendo pelo menos: uma cavidade interna (105) dotada de uma porção útil acessível por um usuário e capaz de aco- modar utensílios e alimentos; um meio de armazenamento (101) capaz de acomodar pelo menos um tipo de liquido; e um dispositivo de aquecimento (103) associável ao meio de armazenamento (101) e capaz de elevar a tem- peratura do líquido contido no meio de armazenamento (101) para propor- cionar a evaporação de pelo menos uma porção do líquido, sendo que o meio de armazenamento (101) está disposto integralmente e fixamente na porção útil da cavidade interna (105) ou disposto integralmente e fixamente abaixo de uma base (107) da cavidade interna (105). Opcionalmente, o meio de armazenamento (101) é associável removivelmente ao forno (100). A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um fogão (200) compre- endendo pelo menos um topo de fogão e um forno (100) de acordo com o acima descrito.
