Abstract
MATERIAL PAPA ENXERTO ÓSSEO, ARCABOUÇO PARA APLICAÇÕES DE ENGENHARIA DE TECIDO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA A RECUPERAÇÃO DA REGENERAÇÃO DE TECIDOS A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo um material para enxerto ósseo, um arcabouço para aplicações de engenharia de tecidos que têm um peptídeo promotor de calcificação óssea imobilizado na superfície e, mais particularmente, a um material para enxerto ósseo e um arcabouço para aplicações de engenharia de tecidos doravante, denominado arcabouço), que têm peptídeos imobilizados na superfície que induzem especificamente a ligação do colágeno tipo I, e uma composição farmacêutica para a recuperação da regeneração de tecidos contendo um peptídeo indutor de ligação de colágeno tipo I. Este peptídeo induz a ligação de colágeno tipo I (principal ingrediente da matriz extracelular) no material inventivo para enxerto ósseo e no arcabouço para aplicações de engenharia de tecidos, o que aumenta a taxa de diferenciação das células relacionadas à regeneração aderidas à superfície e, portanto, promovem sua calcificação, último passo da regeneração óssea e que finalmente maximiza a regeneração dos tecidos.
