Abstract

método de seleção de um composto, método in vitro de previsão da presença de câncer metastático ou câncer agressivo, método de determinação in vitro da eficiência de um tratamento anticancerígeno, kit de seleção, composto, método de tratamento, método de prevenção ou de tratamento, uso de um composto, método ou uso e uso do nível de expressão de netrina-1. o objeto da presente invenção refere-se a um método in vitro de seleção de compostos anticancerígenos com base na capacidade de interação desses compostos com receptor de netrina-1 e/ou de inibir a dimerização do domínio intracelular do receptor de netrina-1 expresso em células de tumores. a presente invenção também se refere a um método de previsão da presença de câncer agressivo ou metastático ou de determinação da eficiência de um tratamento anticancerígeno com base na medição do nível de expressão de netrina-1. a presente invenção compreende ainda kits e compostos como medicamento para o tratamento de câncer tal como câncer de mama metastático, com relação à sobreexpressão de netrina-1 pelas células de tumores.
