Abstract

MÉTODO E MÁQUINA PARA PREPARAR GRUPOS DE PRODUTOS PRÉ-EMBALADOS, TAIS COMO ROLOS DE PAPÉIS, PARA EMBALAR EM SACOS.A presente invenção refere-se à máquina para ensacar grupos de embalagens para pré-embalar produtos de variados formatos, incluindo: um transportador de distribuição (11) o qual revolve sobre um eixo giratório (111) disposto para receber os ditos pacotes; a jusante do dito transportador, um transportador de avanço (13) com uma extremidade de entrada e uma extremidade de saída, o dito transportador de avanço (13) sendo fornecido com canais adjacentes (12), o dito transportador de distribuição (11) sendo disposto e controlado para alimentar os ditos pacotes (Cl ;C2) seqúencialmente para dentro dos canais (12); ditos pacotes formando filas adjacentes nos ditos canais ao longo do dito transportador de distribuição; um membro de parada (22; 106) para parada temporária das filas de pacotes na extremidade do dito distribuidor de avanço (13); um primeiro elevador (6, 6'; 24) para coletar as filas de pacotes na saída do dito distribuidor de avanço (13) e mover ditos pacotes para uma estação de ensacamento (1-5); um dispositivo de retenção (16, 17) disposto ao longo do dito: transportador de avanço (13) em uma distância da dita extremidade de saída, para reter ciclicamente no dito transportador de avanço (13) um pacote (Cl; C2) de cada fila posicionada imediatamente a montante do(s) pacote(s) para ser descarregado no dito primeiro elevador (6; 61; 24) quando o dito membro de parada (22; 106) for desativado.
