Abstract

UNIDADE DE MONTAGEM PARA O OLHAL DE FIXAÇÃO DE UM FECHO DO CINTO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de montagem (1) que é usada para a fixação giratória e cativa de um parafuso (2) em uma parte de montagem (13), em particular, em um olhal de fixação (4) de um fecho do cinto de um veículo de passageiro, veículo de carga ou de outro veículo utilitário. A unidade de montagem (1) compreende um parafuso (2) com uma cabeça (5), com uma seção do corpo (6) e com uma seção com rosca (7) com uma rosca (8), sendo que, a seção do corpo (6) está disposta em uma área entre a cabeça (2) e a seção com rosca (7). Além disso, unidade de montagem (1) apresenta um anel de montagem (10), sendo que, o anel de montagem (10) está disposto sem deslocamento na direção do eixo do parafuso (11), sobre a seção do corpo (6), sendo que, o anel de montagem (10) apresenta, pelo menos, um elemento de retenção (13), que é executado e está disposto de tal modo que uma parte de montagem (3) pode deslizar sobre o elemento de retenção (13) e assim, pode ser fixada por meio do elemento de retenção (13), de tal modo que, o parafuso (2) está disposto podendo girar em relação à parte de montagem (3) e sem deslocamento na direção do eixo do parafuso (11).
