Abstract

DISPOSITIVO TENSOR PARA O ACIONAMENTO DE UM MECANISMO DE TRAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo tensor de um acionamento de um mecanismo de tração, com uma alavanca tensora (2), apoiada de modo girável por meio de um mancal giratório (3) em uma caixa básica (4) e radialmente distanciada do eixo de rotação (5) do mancal giratório (3) equipado com um rolo tensor (6) girável, alavanca esta que pode ser solicitada com um momento de torção MT em torno do eixo de rotação do mancal giratório (3) por meio de uma mola de torção (11) executada como mola helicoidal (12), disposta coaxialmente em relação ao mancal giratório (3) e em ambas as extremidades de mola (13, 14), no lado da caixa ligada à caixa básica (4), e no lado da alavanca, ligada à alavanca tensora (2), sendo que o mancal giratório (3) compreende um pino do mancai (7), um cubo do mancal (8) e pelo menos uma bucha de mancal de deslize (9) disposta entre o pino do mancal (7) e o cubo do mancal (8), e sendo que um plano de aplicação de uma força (17) radial médio do rolo tensor (6) é axialmente distanciado de um plano de mancal (19) radial médio do mancal giratório (3).
