Abstract

MORDENTE DE CARDAN DE UM EIXO DE TRANSMISSÃO DE MOVIMENTO E PROCESSC) DE EXECUÇÃO DE UM MORDENTE DE CARDAN, o mordente de cardan é um monobloco e compreende: uma forquilha de articulação (1) dois braços de articulação (11, 12) contendo um orifício (13, 14), com um eixo de articulação (3) de cruzeta, e um elemento de transição (2) para o eixo de transmissão (5) que compreende duas partes de fixação (21, 22) ligadas por uma peça de junção (23) e que contém um orifício de fixação (25, 24) com um eixo de fixação (4); quatro apêndices de reforço (27,28 - 29,30) são ajustados na parte de fixação correspondente e estão, dois a dois, em frente uns aos outros, para constituir com as peças (21, 22, 23) o compartimento do eixo 5; sendo o referido mordente embutido para ter a espessura desejada nas áreas de alta e de baixa tensão.
