<b>proteínas de fusão enzimática e seu us0.<d> são descritas proteínas de fusão de celulase compreendendo uma região de núcleo de endoglucanase e um domínio de ligação de celulose heterólogo. as proteínas de fusão podem ser produzidas por técnicas recombinantes usando polinucleotídeos apropriados, expressando vetores de células hospedeiras. as proteínas de fusão e preparações enzimáticas das mesmas são úteis para tratar material celulósico, tal como material têxtil, e são particularmente úteis em bioesmerilhamento de denim ou em bioacabamento de tecidos e vestuário. além disso, as proteínas de fusão podem ser usadas na indústria de papel e polpa, em extração de óleo de plantas, composições de detergente, ou para melhorar a qualidade de ração animal.
