Abstract

PROPRIEDADES FUSOGêNICAS DE SAPOSINA C E PROTEìNAS E PEPTìDEOS RELACIONADOS PARA APLICAçãO A SISTEMAS DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE FáRMACO TRANSMEMBRANA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para distribuição de agentes farmacêuticos e/ou de formação de imagem dentro e/ou através da membrana dérmica, mucosal e/ou outras celulares e através da barreira sangue-cérebro, utilizando uma proteína fusogênica. A proteína fusogênica está associada a uma membrana fosfolipídica, tal como um lipossoma. O lipossoma pode incluir dioleoií fosfatidil serina, um lipídio de cadeia longa negativamente carregado. Alternativamente, o lipossoma é compreendido de uma mistura de lipídios de cadeia longa negativamente carregados, lipídios neutros de cadeia longa e lipídios neutros de cadeia curta. Proteínas fusogênicas preferidas incluem saposina C e outras proteínas, polipeptídeos e análogos de peptídeo derivados de saposina C. O agente ativo contido dentro do lipossoma pode compreender biomoléculas e/ou moléculas orgânicas.
