Abstract
COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO CURáVEL POR MEIO DE RAIO DE ENERGIA ATIVA E ARTIGO MOLDADO APRESENTANDO PELìCULA DE REVESTIMENTO CURADO DA COMPOSIçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de revestimento curável por meio de raio de energia ativa contendo (A) 10 a 70% em massa de um poli(met)acrilato de um mono ou polipentaeritritol; (B) 5 a 50% em massa de (B-1) um composto de di(met)acrilato de uretano alifático tipo poliéster que é obtido por meio de reação de um composto de isocianato alifático, um diol de poliéster modificado por caprolactona, e um acrilato apresentando um grupo hidroxila, (B-2) um composto representado por fórmula (2), ou (B-3) um composto de di(met)acrilato de uretano tipo poliéter apresentando dois grupos (met)acriloilóxi em uma molécula, em que, no caso que componente (B) é componente (B-3), componente (A) contém pelo menos um grupo (met)acriloilóxi modificado por caprolactona; (C) 5 a 70% em massa de um poli[(met)acriloiloxialquil](iso)cianurato representado por fórmula (3) ou (4); e (D) 0,1 a 10% em massa de um iniciador de fotopolimerização. A composição de revestimento curável por meio de raio de energia ativa pode formar uma película curada excelente na intempéries, resistência à ação abrasiva, e adesão a um material-base.
