Abstract

detecção de doenças venosas tromboembolicas pela medição de níveis de fibrina solúvel e dímeros d. o presente pedido refere-se a um método e a um teste para detecção da ativação da coagulação, especialmente quando ela é responsável por doenças venosas tromboembólicas, empregando ensaio de dímeros d e da fibrina solúvel produzida durante um processo de fibrinólise ativado em uma amostra de sangue. o método da invenção diz respeito à comparação do nível de dímeros d correspondendo à degradação da fibrina solúvel e do nível de dímeros d da amostra com valores limite normais. o teste da invenção também pode ser usado para determinar se a anticoagulação é suficiente em um paciente.
