Abstract

MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO COM DOIS ANÉIS INTERNOS E UMA DISPOSIÇÃO DE VEDAÇÃO PARA A VEDAÇÃO DA FENDA DE SEPARAÇÃO ENTRE OS ANÉIS INTERNOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um mancal de rolamento (1) com pelo menos um anel externo (2) e um anel interno composto (3, 4) entre os quais estão dispostos corpos de rolamento (5, 6), sendo que dois anéis internos (3, 4) vizinhos com seus lados frontais (25, 26) axiais apontando um para o outro se encostam um ao outro, e onde um anel de vedação (12) está disposto em uma ranhura anelar (16) comum dos anéis internos (3, 4) que é formada por rebaixamentos (14, 15) na região dos lados frontais que apontam um para o outro dos anéis internos (3, 4). Para a realização de uma disposição de vedação que pode ser produzida de modo econômico e com econômica de material e que fornece uma vedação confiável no mancal de rolamento, a presente invenção sugere que a ranhura anelar (16) comum, vista em seção transversal, na região do seu fundo (13) possui um comprimento axial maior do que na área radialmente externa da ranhura anelar (16).
