Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE DISPERSõES POLIMéRICAS AQUOSAS, E, USO DAS DISPERSõES. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de dispersões aquosas contendo pelo menos uma substância ativa lipofílica, através da polimerização em emulsão de monómeros etilenicamente insaturados em um meio aquoso na presença pelo menos de uma substância ativa lipofílica. O processo de acordo com a invenção é composto das seguintes etapas: (i) a emulsificação, pelo menos de uma substância ativa lipofílica, tendo uma solubilidade em água não maior do que 5 g/l (estabelecida a 25<198>C e 1013 mbar) e com um ponto de fusão inferior a 130<198>C, em uma solução aquosa, que contém pelo menos um estabilizante em dispersão, ao mesmo tempo produzindo uma solução aquosa da substância ativa com um tamanho médio de partícula não maior do que 1000 nm, e (ii) submetendo uma composição de monómeros que contém pelo menos 80% de um monómero neutro, monoetilenicamente insaturado, que pode ser emulsificado em água, na dispersão aquosa da substância ativa obtida na etapa (i), para uma polimerização em emulsão. A invenção também se refere ao uso de dispersões obtidas de acordo com a invenção de agentes de cola para papel, cartão e papelão, para o acabamento e a estabilização de polímeros termoplásticos, para a proteção de material e para a proteção de colheitas.
