Abstract
COMPOSIçãO, FORMA DE DOSAGEM ORAL SóLIDA, E, MéTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DOR. A invenção diz respeito a composições compreendendo uma composição de naproxeno nanoparticulada em combinação com uma composição de hidrocodona de liberação modificada multiparticulada que, mediante administração a um paciente, distribui uma hidrocodona de uma maneira bimodal ou multimodal. A composição de liberação modificada multiparticulada compreende um primeiro componente e pelo menos um componente subseqúente, o primeiro componente compreendendo uma primeira população de partículas compreendendo hidrocodona e o pelo menos um componente subseqúente compreendendo uma segunda população de partículas compreendendo hidrocodona, em que a combinação dos componentes apresenta um perfil de liberação bimodal ou multimodal. A invenção também diz respeito a uma forma de dosagem oral sólida compreendendo uma composição de combinação como esta.
