Abstract

peptídeo, agente indutor de imunidade direcionado contra cânceres, medicamento para tratar e/ou prevenir tumores, agente para induzir células, anticorpo e célula. é um objetivo da presente invenção identificar peptídeos derivados de proteína sparc que sejam capazes de induzir as células t exterminadoras humanas e as células t auxiliadoras com atividade ciototóxica a tumores, e de proporcionar uma forma de executar uma imunoterapia tumoral em pacientes com vários tipos de cânceres superexpressando sparc. a presente invenção proporciona um peptídeo dentre qualquer um dos seguintes:(a) um peptídeo o qual consiste de uma seqüência de aminoácidos conforme demonstrado em qualquer uma das seq id nos: 1 a 3; ou (b) um peptídeo o qual consiste de uma seqüência de aminoácidos compreendendo uma substituição ou adição de um ou vários aminoácidos em relação ao peptídeo consistindo da seqüência de aminoácidos conforme mostrada em qualquer uma das seq id nos: 1 a 3, e o qual tenha a capacidade de induzir as células t citotóxicas (exterminadoras).
