Abstract

métodos para preparar um adesivo estável, e para preparar uma dispersão estável de soja/uréia. a presente invenção proporciona um método aperfeiçoado de produzir um adesivo estável baseado em farinha de soja desnaturada- uréia tendo resistência úmida e seca aperfeiçoadas, com produção mais eficiente e custos de produção menores. o método compreende aquecer farinha de soja até desnaturada e então adicionar ureia na farinha de soja desturada. a farinha de soja pode ser aquecida até 40<198> c a 100<198> c por pelo menos 15 a 500 minutos. opcionalmente, o método também pode incluir adicionar um agente reticulante na mistura de uréia/farinha de soja e/ou adicionar um polímero emulsificado ou dispersado. adesivos preparados de acordo com esta invenção oferecem propiedades de resistência e estabilidade aumentadas.
