Abstract
MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO ILUMINADOR. Trata-se de um primeiro guia de raio toroidal que define um eixo geométrico de revolução e que tem uma pupila de entrada toroidal adaptada para formar uma imagem de luz que incide sob a pupila de entrada em um ângulo relativo ao eixo geométrico de revolução entre 40 e 140 graus e que também tem uma primeira superfície formadora de imagem oposta à pupila de entrada. Um segundo guia de raio toroidal define, adicionalmente, o mesmo eixo geométrico de revolução e tem uma segunda superfície formadora de imagem adjacente à primeira superfície formadora de imagem. Descrevem-se várias adições e outras qualidade dos guias de raio, que formam canais ópticos. Em um método, a luz que emana a partir de uma fonte entre 40 a 140 graus a partir de um eixo geométrico óptico é recebida em uma pupila de entrada com uma disposição de guia de raio que fica circulamente simétrica em torno do eixo geométrico ópitico. Nesse sentindo, a luz recebida é redirecionada através da disposição guia de raio até uma pupila de entrada substancialmente paralela ao eixo geométrico óptico.
