Abstract

SISTEMA DE TROCA DE VAIVÉM E MÉTODO PARA APARELHO DE EMPACOTAR É proposto um sistema de troca de vaivém (12) para uso em um aparelho de empacotar (10) para empacotar um item associado. O aparelho de empacotar inclui um vaivém (26) que se desloca ao longo da periferia interna de uma pista (14) dispensando um material de empacotamento. O sistema de troca de vaivém (12) inclui um transportador (40) e um par de seções de pista (38a, b) montadas no transportador. As seções de pista são afastadas entre si e paralelas entre si, sendo cada uma adaptada para sustentar um vaivém (26). O transportador (40) é deslocável verticalmente, longitudinalmente e lateralmente para alinhar qualquer uma do par de pistas com a porção de base em balanço (18) da pista. Uma das pistas é adaptada para a receber um vaivém (26) para ser substituído e a outra das pistas é adaptada para armazenar um vaivém de reposição (26) para movimento sobre a pista. O transportador (40) é deslocável para se afastar da pista (14) para permitir que a porção de pista que pode ser aberta (20) seja aberta e fechada sem interferência.
