Abstract
revestimentos preparados a partir de poli(óxido de etileno) e andaimes contendo fotoiniciador. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação (por extrusão, moldagem por injeção ou revestimento por pó e reticulação subsequente por irradiação com luz uv ou visível) de um elemento de dispositivo médico envolvendo uma composição de revestimento compreendendo (a) como o(s) único(s) constituinte(s) de polímero, pelo menos 50 % em peso de poli(óxido de etileno)(s) opcionalmente em combinação com polímero(s) hidrofílico(s) não-termoplástico(s), e (b) andaime(s) de peso molecular baixo tendo uma pluralidade de porções de fotoiniciador covalentemente ligadas a este(s) e/ou covalentemente incorporadas neste(s), em que as porções de fotoiniciador constituem 0,01 a 20 % em peso da quantidade combinada do(s) poli(óxido de etileno)(s), quaisquer polímeros hidrofílicos não-termoplásticos e os andaimes de peso molecular baixo. o pedido descreve ainda tais dispositivos médicos extrusados, moldados por injeção ou revestidos por pó tendo sobre esses uma camada de uma composição de revestimento covalentemente reticulada de um poli(óxido de etileno) (peo), opcionalmente um polímero hidrofílico não-termoplástico e um andaime de peso molecular baixo tendo uma pluralidade de resíduos de porções de fotoiniciador.
