Abstract

PLACA DE CORTE PARA FERRAMENTAS DE USINAGEM DE JOGO DE RODAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma placa de corte (1) para usinagem com levantamento de aparas de rodas especialmente laminadas como rodas ferroviárias, apresentando uma área de cobertura, uma área de base bem como uma região de área livre unindo área de cobertura e área de base, sendo que a placa de corte (1) é executada em vista do alto com uma aresta de corte (5) circular redonda, definindo a periferia e definida pela área de cobertura bem como uma área livre contígua e apresenta entre a aresta de corte (5) e um centro de placa (6) uma região (7) descendente e uma região (8) ascendente. Para se evitar aparas sem-fim ou se obter uma propícia fragmentação de aparas, está previsto de acordo com a invenção que na região (7) descendente estão previstos abaulamentos para dentro (71) e na região (8) ascendente existem segmentos (81) com nervuras (82) se estendendo respectivamente em direção da aresta de corte (5) para o centro de placa (6).
