Abstract

MAPEAMENTO RìTMICO AUTOMATIZADO PARA IDENTIFICAçãO DE ARRITMIA CARDìACA POR VIAS DE CONDUçãO E FOCAL. A presente invenção refere-es a sinais de taquicardia ventricular são induzidos em um sujeito vivo. Os sinais de passo mapeado são então obtidos de pontos múltiplos dentro do ventrículo, e automaticamente comparados numericamente com os sinais induzidos. O reconhecimento de um alto grau de correlação cruzada entre os sinais induzidos e um ou mais dos sinais de passo mapeado que identifica focos e percursos arritmogênicos, os quais podem então estar em ablação, de modo que a arritmia se torne não indutiva.
