Abstract

SISTEMA REATOR DE RECIPIENTE éNICO PARA HIDRàLISE E DIGESTçO DE APARAS DE MADEIRA COM PROCESSO DE LAVAGEM APERFEIÇOADO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS QUÍMICAS. Um recipiente de reação incluindo: uma entrada de material recebendo material celulósico, e uma descarga de material para o material celulósico, em que o material celulósico escoa pelo recipiente de reação da entrada de material para a descarga de material; uma tela de extração de material hidrolisado e líquido; uma zona de hidrólise entre a entrada de material e a tela de extração de material hidrolisado e líquido; uma zona de lavagem entre a tela de extração de material hidrolisado e líquido e uma tela de extração de líquido de lavagem; um orifício de entrada de liquido de lavagem para introduzir um líquido de lavagem na zona de lavagem, em que pelo menos uma parte do líquido de lavagem entrando no orifício de entrada de liquido de lavagem escoa pela zona de lavagem e é extraído pela tela de extração de material hidrolisado e líquido; uma zona de cozimento entre a zona de lavagem e a descarga de material; e uma tela de extração de liquido de lavagem na ou abaixo da zona de cozimento e acima da descarga de material.
