obtenção do extrato de ficocianina a partir de spirulina sp. a ficocianina é uma ficobiliproteina de cor azul intensa extraida das células de spirulina (arthrospira). a partir de condições de tempo, agitação e temperatura controladas ou não, utilizando solvente aquoso, podendo ser utilizada como corante na indústria de alimentos e de cosméticos, como agente terapêutico na indústria farmacêutica, e como traçador em imunoensaios fluorescentes e em microscopia para diagnóstico e pesquisa biomédica, devido à sua alta absorbância e fluorescência.
