Abstract
MÁQUINA DE MISTURAR E AMASSAR PARA PROCESSOS DE PREPARAÇçO CONTÍNUOS, BEM COMO, PROCESSO PARA A REALIZAÇçO DE PROCESSOS DE PREPARAÇçO CONTÍNUOS POR MEIO DE UMA MÁQUINA DE MISTURAR E AMASSAR. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de misturar e amassar (1) para processos de preparação contínuos que apresenta um eixo de rosca helicoidal (3) que gira em uma carcaça (2), que se movimenta ao mesmo tempo em transíação na direção axial. A fim de poder aumentar de forma duradoura a eficiência da máquina, com relação à carga de material por unidade de tempo, é sugerido um eixo de rosca helicoidal com as rela- ções geométricas seguintes: - Da/Di = 1,5 até 2,0, isto é, a relação entre o diâmetro externo do eixo de rosca helicoidal Da e o diâmetro interno do eixo de rosca helicoi- dal Di se situa entre 1,5 e 2,0; - Da/H = 4 até 6, isto é, a relação entre o diâmetro externo do eixo de rosca helicoidal Da e o curso H se situa entre 4 e 6; - T/H = 1,3 até 2,5, isto é, a relação entre a divisão 1 e o curso H se situa entre 1,3 e 2,5. A máquina de misturar e amassar (1) equipada com um eixo de rosca helicoidal (3) desse tipo é acionada, de preferência, com um número de rotações maior que 500 1/min, em particular, maior que 800 1/min.
