Abstract
ESTRUTURA DE CONSTRUçãO MODULAR ISOLADA. Trata-se de uma estrutura de construção resistente a terremotos, rajadas de vento, insetos e deterioração inclui uma parede de estrutura periférica construida a partir de tubagens quadradas ou retangulares de aço. A parede de estrutura perih5rica é formada por módulos de estrutura de parede laterais aparafusados uns aos outros ao longo das bordas adjacentes, e pelos módulos de parede terminais aparafusados uns aos outros ao longo das bordas adjacentes e nas extremidades dos módulos de parede lateral conectados. O escoramento diagonal é construído nos módulos de parede terminais e laterais selecionados, conforme necessário para o grau desejado de resistência ao vento. treliças feitas de tubos de vários tamanhos, tal como uma tubagem de aço retangular de 2X3 polegadas para suportar um telhado sobre a parede periférica, são montadas e soldadas em uma oficina de soldagem e as treliças pré-fabricadas e módulos de parede são transportados para o canteiro de obras. é possível erguer vários pavimentos e fixá-los uns aos outros, além de a estrutura de construção ser protegida por um alicerce ou laje ao ligar parafusos ou placas de ancoragem colocadas no alicerce ou na laje.
