Abstract
MéTODO DE CONTROLE DA ALIMENTAçãO DE CARREGAMENTO DE METAL EM FORNO ELéTRICO A ARCO. Método para controlar a alimentação de um carregamento de metal (14) para um forno elétrico a arco (10), compreendendo pelo menos um eletrodo (11) para gerar um arco elétrico para a fusão de metais, compreende uma etapa de definição de um "índice de cobertura CI" do arco elétrico pela escória (25) presente acima do banho líquido (24), para calcular quais os harmónicos presentes em uma quantidade de alimentação elétrica do forno (10) são levados em consideração, uma etapa de medição do índice de cobertura CI real durante um ciclo de funcionamento do forno (10) e uma etapa de ajuste da velocidade de alimentação da carga metálica (14) para o forno (10) baseada no valor medido do índice de cobertura CI.
