Abstract

APARELHO DE CORTAR CORDONÉIS DE PNEUMÁTICOS. Trata-se de um aparelho de cortar cordonéis para cortar, remotamente, um segmento de extremidade terminal de uma linha de cordonel de pneumático a partir de uma superfície de núcleo de construção de pneumático toroidal. O aparelho inclui um mecanismo para capturar, controlar e alinhar o segmento de extremidade de linha de cordonel; tensionar o segmento de extremidade entre as extremidades dianteira e posterior; e cortar o segmento de extremidade de cordonel em um ponto oposto a um ponto de iniciação no núcleo de construção de pneumático. O aparelho move-se entre uma posição estendida próxima ao núcleo de construção de pneumático e uma posição retraida que não obstrui o núcleo de construção de pneumático durante a construção do pneumático seguinte.
