Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UMA PRÉ-FORMA PARA FIBRAS àTICAS POR MEIO DE UM PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇçO DE VAPOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar uma pré-forma para fibras ôticas por meio de um processo de deposição de vapor, em que uma etapa intermediária é executada entre uma fase de deposiçáo e a(s) próxima(s) fase(s) de deposição, cuja etapa intermediária compreende o fornecimento de um gás de corrosão para o lado de abastecimento do tubo de substrato oco.
