Abstract
COMPONENTE DE CORTE DE MAçARICO DE PLASMA A ARCO COM ESFRIANENTO à áGUA OTIMIZADO. Um bico ou tampa de retenção para um maçarico de plasma a arco que inclui uma superfície definindo uma porção de contato condutíva para permutar calor com um componente de maçarico adjacente. O componente de maçarico adjacente pode ser uma tampa de retenção, eletrodo ou bico. A superfície do bico ou tampa de retenção também pode, pelo menos parcialmente, definir um canal de esfriamento tendo uma superfície curvilínea. Uma porção de vedação pode ser posicionada entre a porção de contato condutiva e o canal de esfríamento. A porção de vedação pode formar ou criar uma barreira de fluido entre o canal de esfriamento e a porção condutiva.
