Abstract

USO DE GLICOSAMINOGLICANOS PARA REDUZIR LIGAçãO NãO ESPECìFICA EM IMUNOENSAIOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um reagente de imunoensalo que é fornecido, em que compreende um agente de ligação a analito em um diluente, e um glicosaminoglicano em uma quantidade suficiente para reduzir a ligação não específica em um ensaio de uma amostra para o analito. Fornece também um reagente de imunoensaio, em que o analito é troponina 1, o agente de ligação a analito é um anticorpo anti-troponina 1 biotinilatado e o glicosaminoglicano é de sulfato de condroitina. Uma composição de amostra também é fornecida que compreende uma amostra para ser analisada para a presença de um analito, um agente de ligação a analito, e um glicosaminoglicano diferente da heparina. Também é fornecido um método de detecção de um analito em uma amostra, em que a ligação não específica é reduzida no método utilizando um glicosaminoglicano.
