Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA EXTRUSAR UMA TIRA DE BORRACHA. O dispositivo (12) para extrusar uma tira (B) de borracha tendo filamentos (F) embutidos na mesma compreende meio (38) para canalizar a borracha a um orificio de extrusão (18) para formar a tira (B). O contorno (C) do orificio de extrusão (18) apresenta primeiro e segundo planos ortogonais de simetria (P 1, P2) que interceptam uma linha reta que é substancialmente paralela a uma direção (X) na qual a tira (B) é extrusada pelo orificio de extrusão (18). O meio de canalização (38) compreende um canal principal a montante (42) tendo o primeiro plano (P 1) como um plano de simetria, e estendido por dois canais secundários a jusante (48, 50) que são substancialmente simétricos um ao outro sobre o primeiro plano (P 1). De acordo com a invenção, o canal principal (42) e os dois canais secundários a jusante (48, 50) também têm o segundo plano (P2) como um plano de simetria.
