Abstract

BEBIDAS ADOçADAS NãO-NUTRITIVAS COM GLICERINA". A presente invenção refere-se a bebidas e outros produtos de bebida que são adoçados com pelo menos um adoçante não-nutritivo, tal como um composto da planta estévia, por exemplo, esteviosídeo e/ou rebaudiosídeo, e que compreendem ainda glicerina em uma quantidade pelo menos suficiente para melhorar a sensação na boca. Em certas modalidadesexemplares, uma bebida compreende glicerina em uma quantidade suficiente para prover boa sensação na boca para a bebida, e não afeta perceptivelmente o gosto, isto é, e não aumenta a doçura perceptivelmente. Composições de bebida adoçadas não-nutritivas, composições de bebida naturais e concentrados de bebida incorporando esteviosídeo e glicerina são também providos. Ainda, um método para inclusão de glicerina em uma formulação de bebida para melhorar a sensação na boca de uma bebida adoçada com um composto da planta de estévia é provido.
