Abstract

PNEU COM BANDA DE RODAGEM DE BORRACHA RESISTENTE AO USO. A invenção se refere a um pneu tendo uma banda de rodagem de borracha de compásito disposta circunferencialmente ao redor de uma carcaça do pneu. A banda de rodagem é compreendida de uma construção de cobertura! base composta de uma camada de borracha de cobertura de banda de rodagem externa a qual fornece uma porção primária da superfície circulante para a banda de rodagem de pneu e uma camada de base de banda de rodagem unitária subjacente a referida camada de cobertura de banda de rodagem a qual estende radialmente para fora para a superfície circulante de banda de rodagem para fornecer uma porção secundária da superfície circulante de banda de rodagem. A composição de borracha da referida camada de base de banda de rodagem e a porção lateral secundária correspondente da superfície circulante de banda de rodagem tem uma resistência maior ao uso do que a composição de borracha da referida camada de cobertura de banda de rodagem.
