Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE ENSAIO PARA DETERMINAR A PRESENçA E/OU EXTENSãO DE UM OU MAIS ANALITOS EM UMA AMOSTRA DE LìQUIDO, E, MéTODO DE REALIZAçãO DE UM ENSAIO PARA DETERMINAR A PRESENçA E/OU EXTENSãO DE UM ANALITO EM UMA AMOSTRA DE LìQUIDO. é revelado um dispositivo de ensaio para determinar a presença e/ou extensão de um ou mais analitos na amostra de líquido compreendendo: a) primeiro e segundo ensaios, cada compreendendo um trajeto de fluxo tendo uma zona de detecção para imobilizar um reagente de ligação rotulado, em que detecção de um reagente de ligação rotulado em uma ou ambas as zonas de detecção é indicativa da presença e/ou extensão de um ou mais analitos; b) uma zona de referência compartilhada; c) uma ou mais fontes de luz para iluminar as zonas de detecção e a zona de referência; d) um ou mais fotodetectores para detectar luz a partir das zonas de detecção e a zona de referência, fotodetector/es este/s que geralm um sinal, cuja magnitude deste sinal é relacionada com a quantidade de luz detectada; e e) meios de processamento de sinal para processar sinais a partir do/s fotodetector/es.
