Abstract

PROPRIEDADES DE FADIGA EM MOLA SUPERIOR E MOLA DE AçO. Descreve é uma mola de aço a qual contém, em massa, 1,2% ou menos de O; 0,1% a 2% de Mn; 0,2% a 3% de Si; 0,0003% a 0,005% de Ai; 0,03 a 8 ppm de Li; 30 ppm ou menos (excluindo O ppm) de Ca; e 10 ppm ou menos (excluindo O ppm) de Mg. O aço contém inclusões de óxido satisfazendo as seguintes condições de (1) a (3) em um número de 1 x 10^ -4^ ou mais por milímetro quadrado: (1) contendo um total de 80 por cento em massa ou mais de AI~ 2~O~ 3~ e SiO~ 2~ com base na composição da inclusão excluindo Li~ 2~O; (2) tendo uma relação em massa de AI~ 2~O~ 3~ a SiO~ 2~ a partir de 1:4 a 2:3; e (3) contendo lítio (Li). A mola de aço dá uma mola que exibe propriedades de fadiga superiores sem controle estrito da composição média das inclusões.
