Abstract
Método de fabricação e controle da válvula borboleta para um motor de combustão interna. Um método de fabricação e controle de válvula borboleta (1) para motor de combustão interna; o método de fabricação e controle inclui as etapas: estabelecer um valor de taxa de fluxo gasoso máximo (V~ max~) que pode fluir através do cano de alimentação (4) quando a placa de borboleta (5) está na posição de fechamento; determinar uma posição de fechamento convencional na qual a taxa de fluxo gasoso que flui através do cano de alimentação (4) é essencialmente igual ao valor da taxa do fluxo gasoso máximo (V~ max~); acionar o dispositivo de atuação para que não passe normalmente a posição de fechamento convencional; e dimensionamento da posição do elemento detentor (34), para que quando o veio rotativo (6) apóie-se contra o elemento detentor (34) a taxa de fluxo gasoso que flui através do cano de alimentação (4) seja essencialmente mais baixa do que o valor de taxa de fluxo gasoso máximo (V~ max~).
