Abstract

formação de retenção. a presente invenção refere-se a uma formação de retenção definida em uma alavanca de freio de um freio a disco a ar, que compreende uma conexão de ajuste de empurrar/encaixe com pressão para a fixação de forma liberável de uma biela a uma alavanca de freio. uma formação de re- tenção para retenção de uma biela em uma alavanca de freio, a formação compreendendo uma conexão com pino e uma junta de esfera e de soquete, em que um eixo geométrico principal da conexão com pino é coincidente com um centro de rotação da junta de esfera e de soquete. uma formação de retenção para retenção de uma biela em uma alavanca de freio, a formação compreendendo uma formação côncava em uma dentre a biela e a alavanca de freio e uma formação convexa correspondente na outra dentre a biela e a alavanca de freio, em que a formação côncava circunda pelo menos parcialmente a formação convexa, para se evitar uma separação axial da biela e da alavanca de freio. um método de montagem de um subconjunto de freio que compreende as etapas de: provisão de uma biela, provisão de uma alavanca de freio que compreende uma formação de retenção conforme acima, montagem da biela e da alavanca de freio de modo que pelo menos uma porção da formação de retenção se deforme durante a montagem e salte para trás quando a biela for montada na alavanca de freio, para a provisão de uma conexão de encaixe com pressão entre elas. um método de fabricação de uma formação de retenção conforme acima, que compreende as etapas de: provisão de uma biela e de uma alavanca de freio com uma formação côncava, provisão da outra dentre a biela e a alavanca de freio com uma formação convexa capaz de receber a formação côncava, montagem da formação côncava e convexa, trabalho mecânico em uma dentre a biela e a alavanca de freio com a formação côncava, de modo que a formação côncava circunde pelo menos parcialmente a formação convexa, para se evitar uma separação axial da biela e da alavanca de freio.
