Abstract

moléculas de ligação e, anticorpos ou fragmento de ligação e uso dos mesmos, antígeno, polinucleotídeo, vetor e célula hospedeira compreendo o referido polinucleotídeo, método de preparação de uma molécula de ligação beta-amilóide específica, bem como composição. a presente invenção refere-se a novas moléculas aglutinantes específicas, particularmente anticorpos humanos como também fragmentos, derivados e variantes que reconhecem neoepitopos de proteínas associadas à doença, que derivam de proteínas endógenas nativas, mas que são prevalentes no organismo de um paciente em uma forma variante e/ou fora de seu contexto fisiológico normal. além disso, estão descritas as composições farmacêuticas compreendendo tais moléculas aglutinantes, anticorpos e representações e métodos de rastreio para novas moléculas aglutinantes, que podem ou não podem ser anticorpos como também alvos no tratamento de distúrbios neurológicos tais como a doença de alzheimer.
