Abstract

COMPONENTE DE SUPORTE, UTILIZAÇÃO DE UM COMPONENTE DE SUPORTE, MÉTODO DE APLICAÇÃO DE UM FLUOROPOLÍMERO A UMA ESTEIRA, PRODUTO QUE COMPREENDE CELULOSE, MÉTODO DE APLICAÇÃO DE UM ADITIVO E PRODUTO. Trata-sede um método para a aplicação de um aditivo, por exemplo, um fluoropolímero, à celulose. O método compreende diversas etapas. Na primeira, uma celulose sólida, um solvente com capacidade de dissolver a celulose, por exemplo, NMMO, e uma dispersão do aditivo são colocados em contato uns com os outros. O aditivo fica em dispersão na celulose dissolvida, o que é possível em conseqüência da dissolução da camada de superfície da celulose sólida. A solubilidade da celulose no solvente é então reduzida, com o que o aditivo que ficou em dispersão na celulose dissolvida é incorporado à celulose sólida resultante. Um método para a aplicação de um fluoropolímero à celulose como um revestimento de superfície também é descrito. Os componentes de suporte flexíveis compreendem uma esteira de fibras de celulose e um fluoropolímero que pode ser obtido de acordo com os métodos descritos.
