Abstract

PÉLETES COMPREENDENDO UMA MATRIZ DE SUBSTANCIA ATIVA RESISTENTES AO SUCO GÁSTRICO. A presente invenção refere-se aos péletes tendo um tamanho 5 médio de partícula na faixa de 300 a 1100 um, compreendendo uma substancia farmaceuticamente ativa embutida em uma matriz polimérica de um ou mais polímeros insolúveis em água, caracterizados pelo fato de que a matriz polimérica adicionalmente contém 10 a 90% em peso de um polímero aniônico, e com a condição que os péletes liberem no mais do que 10% do 0 composto ativo contido, no teste de liberação de acordo com a USP, em suco gástrico artificial, em pH 1,2, após 120 min, liberem pelo menos 50% do Composto ative contido apés completamente uns 300 min adicionais, em pH 6.8 e/ou em pH 7,5.
