Abstract

FILME OU REVESTIMENTO POLIMÉRICO COMPREENDENDO HEMICELULOSE. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição formadora de filme e a um filme ou revestimento polimérico compreendendo hemicelulose e pelo menos um componente selecionado do grupo que consiste de plastificantes, celulose, e um oligômero ou polímero, dito filme ou revestimento polimérico compreendendo ainda pelo menos um aditivo/reagente capaz de aumentar a resistência a líquido/umidade, sendo misturado com e/ou reagido com a hemicelulose e dito pelo menos um componente antes ou juntamente com a formação do filme ou revestimento. O uso do dito filme ou revestimento é também divulgado. Além disso, é divulgado um método para a fabricação do dito filme ou revestimento polimérico, assim como, um método para melhorar a resistência a líquido/umidade da hemicelulose. O dito pelo menos um aditivo/reagente capaz de aumentar a resistência a líquido/umidade é um agente de reticulação ou m agente de ação hidrofóbica. Em outra modalidade preferida, o aditivo é um filossilicato em camadas na proporção de 2: 1. O aditivo forma um material nanocompósito, com a hemicelulose como matriz. O material reforçado nanocompósito de hemicelulose/filossilicato proporciona excelente resistência a líquido/umidade. O tratamento térmico de todos os filmes aumenta sua resistência a líquido/umidade e reduz sua permeabilidade ao oxigênio.
