Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAR E PARA PRODUZIR UM POLIPEPTÍDEO, POLIPEPTÍDEO, SEQUÊNCIA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, CONSTRUÇÃO DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO RECOMBINANTE, E, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA RECOMBINANTE. A invenção refere-se a novas asparginases tendo propriedades melhoradas, termotolerância preferivelmente melhorada, tal como atividade melhorada em temperaturas altas e/ou termoestabilidade melhorada. A invenção também refere-se a sequências de DNA que codificam tais asparaginases melhoradas, sua produção em uma célula hospedeira recombinante, bem como métodos de usar as asparaginaes em particular para a redução de acrilamida em alimentos. A invenção ainda refere-se a métodos de gerar e preparar variantes de asparaginase tendo propriedades melhoradas.
