Abstract

cassete de reação para medir a concentração de hemoglobina glicosada e método de medição a partir deste. um cassete para reação para um medidor de hemoglobina glicosada e um método para a medição em conseqüência disso são apresentados. o cassete de reação para o medidor de hemoglobina glicosada inclui: uma primeira zona a qual recebe um primeiro reagente e uma amostra de sangue; uma segunda zona a qual recebe um segundo reagente; uma zona de reação na qual o sangue reage com o primeiro reagente, ou através da qual o segundo reagente passa a reagir com uma primeira mistura de amostra de sangue, amostra a qual é obtida por meio da reação da amostra de sangue com o primeiro reagente; e uma zona para a medição a qual mede uma quantidade total de hemoglobina na primeira mistura de amostra de sangue, ou mede uma quantidade de hemoglobina glicosada em uma segunda amostra de sangue, a qual é obtida por meio da reação da mistura da primeira amostra de sangue com o segundo reagente, onde que na amostra de sangue, o primeiro reagente, e o segundo reagente se movem entre a zona de reação e a zona de medição de acordo com um ângulo de rotação do cassete de reação, quando o cassete de reação é girado. desta forma, uma vez que cassete de reação sofre a rotação de forma automática, é possível medir a quantidade de hemoglobina glicosada em uma amostra de sangue através de simples manipulação e desta forma se reduz um tempo de produção. além do mais, uma vez que os reagentes são fornecidos no cassete de reação a partir de um pacote de reação separado, é possível resolver o problema de armazenamento e de distribuição do cassete de reação, o que ocorre quando os reagentes são armazenados no cassete de reação.
